Our Team

Chad Harrison, Owner 

C&C Electric of East Tennessee is proudly led by Chad, a native Tennessean whose family has called Knoxville home since 2002. Hailing from five generations of entrepreneurs in hardware, auto parts, farming and construction, Chad continues the family legacy of business ownership with a passion for excellence. With over 25+ years of management experience across diverse industries—including retail, housing manufacturing, banking, payments, SAAS, and legal—Chad brings a wealth of expertise in business operations and human resources to deliver top-tier electrical services to East Tennessee communities.

Erik Fennig, Field Operations & Estimations Partner

Master Electrician with over 20 years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and marine sectors, began part-time residential electrical work at age 13. Testing out of high school at 16, he graduated from Long Beach Community College’s Electrical Technology Program at 19 with a certificate. Starting Powerhouse Electric at 25 and merging it with MK Electric at 30, Erik served as lead estimator, supervisor, and foreman, specializing in custom homes, hotel renovations, commercial tenant improvements, and new construction/remodels. Adept at troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and coordinating with teams and inspectors, he drives operational efficiency. A devoted father to two boys and adopted twin girls (ages 10, 9, and 7), Erik enjoys camping, fishing every body of water he encounters, and hunting with his family.

Price Mallernee, Administrative Partner

A lifelong Middle Tennessee resident, Price brings over 20 years of expertise in construction and administrative management to our team. A graduate of Auburn University with a business degree in Management, he holds a General Contractor’s license for residential and small commercial projects. Known for his strategic leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Price ensures every project is coordinated to produce precision and excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, embodying a commitment to both family and community.

Spence Creasy, Electrical Operations Partner

Spence brings over 30 years of electrical expertise to our team, starting in residential work in 1994 before transitioning to industrial projects in 1996. With extensive experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors—primarily in industrial—he excels in complex systems including high-pressure plumbing, pipe fitting, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In 2014, Spence founded C & C Electric, establishing a reputation for precision, reliability, and hands-on leadership in delivering high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions.
